Order any time, but please note the shipping seasons. Customers who call to pickup their orders at the nursery pay no shipping fees. Orders must be placed at least 1 business day in advance of pickup. Please notify us in advance by letter, phone (604) 826-2447, or fax (604) 826-4316 during business hours.

TERMS:

Payment with order. 25% will hold the order, with the valance due before shipping. Please use cheque or money order payable to Ferncliff Gardens. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and INTERAC. We process your credit card when we receive your order NO C.O.D. orders.

SALES TAX:

G.S.T.

B.C. customers please add the Provincial 7% S.S. Tax.

Please ensure Federal 5% G.S.T is added.

SHIPPING FEE:

We do charge a fee for every order Shipped within Canada & U.S.A.

$50.00 - $90.00	- $9.95
$90.01 - $124.99	- $11.95
$125.00 and over	- $15.95

This fee applies to each "ship to" address, but excludes pick-up orders.

MINIMUM ORDER:

$30.00 in each of Dhalias, Iris, Daylilies and Peonies. (Note shipping dates below)

GUARANTEE:

We guarantee out stock to be true to name and in good growing condition. Let us know if it is not and we will gladly replace or refund. We must be informed within the first growing season.

SUBSTITUTES:

Because of scarcity of certain varieties, we reserve the right to substitute when these become sold out, unless not to do so. We carefully select varieties which have at least equal usually greater value. List alternative choices. Check website for "sold outs"

ORDERING:

Within Canada - U.P.S. and Expedited Parcel Post.

Within U.S. - Priority Mail

U.S. ORDERS:

Our preferred method of payment is by credit card. If paying by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express your charge card company will adjust the exchange rate accordingly on your statement. Please add $15.00 to your order for the Canadian Agriculture Inspection Fee.
